For agency clients

Start a new investigation with your agency

Ask your investigation agency for its agency entry link. New and returning contacts use it to request access, then sign in with an email code after approval. You can submit instructions and documents for the agency to review before it opens a case.

Direct the assignment

  1. Set the brief

Keep claim details, known facts and client instructions in the case record so the investigation team can plan against the assignment.

  2. Connect the findings

Online investigators document their research. PIs use shared findings to prepare surveillance, then record observations and supporting evidence.

  3. Receive reviewed output

The investigator submits. The manager releases. Client-facing updates and reports remain separate from the team's internal handoff notes.

Review the findings

Updates and reports present the observed activity, supporting evidence and the team's recommendations. InvestigOR organizes the record; your team retains responsibility for source verification, investigative conclusions and claim decisions.
