Users control what case data they enter. Do not enter subject, client, medical, location, media, or third-party information unless you have the authority to process it for the investigation and under your applicable obligations.
InvestigOR does not sell case data. Operational service providers may process data only as needed to host, secure, bill, support, or deliver the service.
We use access controls, account security features, audit-oriented records, and provider controls to protect the service. No system can guarantee perfect security.
Case, account, billing, support, and audit data may be retained as needed for service operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, abuse prevention, and business records.
InvestigOR is not directed to children and is intended for adult professional users. Do not create an account if you are under 18.
Account holders can manage profile details, security settings, billing flows, and deletion/removal options from the app where available. Workspace data may also be controlled by the workspace owner or admin.
