Captured the moment it is saved

A surveillance street is not a place with reliable signal. When the investigator saves an entry, it is captured then — queued in order, sent when there is a network, and never removed before the server confirms it. If the server refuses one, the words stay on screen and the refusal is shown.

Attached by a person, not a timestamp

The app offers the nearest entry by time. The investigator confirms it or picks another. A clip nobody attached is still delivered, listed as additional video, so nothing is quietly lost.

Subject photos, by where they came from

Photos of the subject are held in three lanes by source, each one showing where it came from and when, so a reviewer can tell a surveillance still from an open-source find.

Case files, shared across the case

Documents, reports, photos and video sit on the case, not in one person’s folder. Role gates protect who may author; they never hide a finding from the team.

Delivery

The client opens a link, not an account.

A report carries its clips as links a client can open without signing up for anything. The page plays the clip and does nothing else.

Deliberate

Footage comes off cameras onto a desk.

Uploading and attaching the day’s video is a desktop job, and the app says so rather than offering a phone screen that cannot do it. Logging the day is the opposite: that is built for a phone, in a vehicle, one-handed.
